Thank You

I am away in India at the moment and will write more to you about it when I return next week, but I do want to take a minute today and thank you for your loyalty – for being part of my Mandala, for being a friend, student or just someone who loves the ancient art and practice of feng shui. I am constantly reminded of the power of personal relationships and how important they are and the universe always has a special way of letting me know this!

That’s why I felt compelled today just to write and say “thank you.” Nothing in the world makes me happier than to know I have made a positive difference in your life through our meetings, my writing and teachings, products and my books.

I have a very busy spring and fall ahead of me…and people always ask how am I able to get so much done…like write the new horoscope books for 2018, write other books, teach classes, entertain, continue my own spiritual practices and travel?

I am always able to keep things in perspective because I am in touch with my inner self and the inner dimensions of my spirit, so I don’t often get “off track”. And for many years I have practiced “spiritual feng shui – it really is an important part of the trinity – the space, time and spiritual dimensions. Of course each style can be practiced separately, but it is when they are practiced together that their potency and power increases. That means YOUR personal power and capabilities will also increase!

I’ll be teaching all of this and more in Sedona, Arizona for my Master Class in Spiritual Feng Shui, September 10-15, 2017! Do join me!

As always, I wish you nothing but much happiness and success.

Updating Your Kitchen?
Helpful Hints on Kitchen Layouts

Renovating your kitchen? How can you update without spending a fortune and still maintain good feng shui guidelines? Many of my students have asked about this recently…some want to upgrade and improve the value in order to sell their homes, while others just want to make sure their feng shui is good in this sector.

Although we often think about the kitchen as being useful for pressing down bad luck, it is an important area… sometimes described as the “soul of the house” where the food that nourishes all the residents is cleaned, prepared, cooked and stored. It is also the part of the home that both affects and is influenced by the mother energy of the home. So this area embodies all the important elements that bind members of the household together – love, unity, patience and compassion.

This week I’ve given you some hints on kitchen layouts especially pertaining to stove, sink and refrigerator so if you are renovating hopefully these will be of help to you. Please do keep in mind areas of the home that are not suitable for renovation this year — the South (Wu Wang or Five Yellow), the West (Tai Sui) and the Three Killings ( East ). Digging and renovating in these areas can bring severe bad luck, loss, illness and misfortune and it’s simply not worth the risk. If your kitchen is located in any these sectors wait until a better time to begin your renovation.

General Guidelines

  1. Your kitchen should have sufficient lighting, and be airy and spacious.
  2. Do not energize the kitchen with feng shui figurines or mirrors.
  3. Kitchens should never be located in the middle of the home and they are better positioned nearer the back door than the front door.

Stoves, Sinks & Refrigerators

Keep in mind that two important elements feature in the kitchen: the stove is considered the FIRE element and the sink and refrigerator are considered the WATER element.

  1. Do not place the stove either next to or directly opposite the sink or refrigerator. This is because of the incompatibility of water and fire. The stove should be at least two feet away from the sink.
  2. The mouth of the stove should face one of the best directions of the father or patriarch of the family. * This energizes the stove making the food that is cooked in it auspicious for the family.* Check the kua number of the patriarch/breadwinner of the family to determine his or her best directions. Go to www.wofs.com to learn your kua number.
  3. The kitchen stove should not be in the Northwest sector. This is called “Fire at Heaven’s Gate” and brings bad luck to the breadwinner, causing the head of the household to lose their job and money by the fire. This is because the NW is the corner of your house that represents the father and it also represents the place where heaven energy pours into the home.
  4. The stove should not face the main door or any bedroom door.
  5. The stove should not be directly under an exposed overhead beam.
  1. Stoves should not be placed directly under a toilet on the floor above.
  2. The stove should not directly face a toilet door.
  3. The rice cooker’s knob should not face the main entrance or door. This symbolizes food (and wealth) flowing out of the house.

The kitchen is useful for pressing down “bad luck” caused by certain flying star numbers or personalized directions of bad fortune. According to the Eight Mansions and Flying Star formulas, certain sectors of the house are deemed to be lucky and unlucky. If your kitchen is located in an unlucky sector then this can be a good thing!

Please do ensure that your kitchen enjoys good feng shui…and brings great luck to your entire household.

Cheers!
Lillian

Spirituality is Mind Power

To be a master practitioner of feng shui, one needs to be knowledgeable about all three dimensions – space dimension, time dimension (flying star feng shui) and the spiritual dimension. When one is missing, the trinity is always incomplete. Although each dimension can be practiced as a separate skill, it is when they are combined together that they create higher levels of potency.

Spiritual feng shui is very real and powerful! It involves understanding the origin of existence and the true nature of your mind. It awakens new levels of awareness and can bring you in contact with the philosopher’s stone, the wish granting jewels, the magical mandalas and much more – all of which can manifest whatever your mind creates to make you happy! You are in charge.

You see, your mind has magical abilities to focus and concentrate, and when meditation, visualization and mental imaging are added it becomes empowered. These mental visualizations must be created with fearlessness, clarity and confidence to bring about the actualization of your wishes. This is when your mind indeed becomes a “wish-fulfilling mind.”

I will be teaching all of this and more at my upcoming 5-Day Spiritual Retreat in Sedona, Arizona, USA Sept 10-15, 2017. You see, the mind is eternal and will continue to exist even when you die. The mind lives through past and future lifetimes. It is mystical, magical and transcendental. It is sacred, not part of this realm, and works from the inner dimensions of the spirit. Your mind is actually part of the cosmic universe and we will explore this and more together during our time in Sedona.

The mind goes beyond current knowledge. You have a vast library of learning stored inside your spirit, and the techniques used to access this reservoir have always been sacred…but they definitely are accessible. You only need to work at transcending your own intellectual understanding to open the doors that keep it locked away. To succeed, you must believe in your own higher self – your own spirituality.

The mind and its methods do not need to be logical in the way scientific methods are. The whole approach towards accessing the inner mind, which has been revealed to us, is definitely not necessarily logical or scientific. Spiritual awareness arises when we know about and believe in the sacred words and rituals that have been practiced for centuries; I will reveal many of these ancient teachings and mantras in Sedona.

I invite you to join me in Sedona. Make the development of your spiritual dimension a priority. Together we will practice and access the cosmic dimension using specific techniques of meditation and visualization in conjunction with sacred mantras at the powerful energy vortexes.

With love,
Lillian

After graduating with an MBA from Harvard Business School, Lillian went on to pursue a highly successful business career in banking and finance in the 1980’s in Hong Kong. Her business acumen, drive and abundant energy soon led her from the finance world to the world of luxury department stores and boutiques where, through a leveraged buy out, she became Chairman and shareholder of The Dragon Seed Group.

All the while she was guided and taught by her feng shui masters in Hong Kong and China – and she attributes much of her monumental and quick rise to success in Hong Kong directly to them.

Lillian soon decided to retire from active corporate life and return to Malaysia to raise her beautiful daughter, Jennifer, and spend more time with her family. It was at this time she began to devote her energy to writing and furthering her study of feng shui.

She published her first book in Malaysia in 1995 that quickly became a best seller and the rest is history. Today she is Chairman of Wofs.Com, a feng shui franchise and merchandising company run by her daughter, Jennifer Too.

She trains feng shui students and future consultants at her Certified Consulting Institute in Malaysia and is much loved by her readers, associates and students for the way she teaches practical feng shui in a user-friendly way, using ordinary situations and circumstances that interest people and affect their everyday lives.

Orchids are symbols of strength and courage. If you live in a climate where you can grow them outdoors, in your garden, they will bring good healthy chi to your home. And because they are so sturdy and long lasting, they also represent a lengthy stay in your career. If growing outside is not possible, indoor orchids are also available and very lovely.

One of the hardest things to do is to confront our own weaknesses. These can be some of the toughest moments of our lives, but also the most powerful and rewarding in terms of self-discovery and change.

The Elegant Bathroom…Still A Feng Shui Taboo?

LTElegantBathroom

Such elegance…a feng shui taboo?

In feng shui, toilets and bathrooms have long been thought to be afflicted areas of the home…where we flush down our waste…and there are many taboos associated with them. However in newer homes and modern condos the bathroom has taken on a new dimension… with beautiful granite vanities and sumptuous tubs for soaking and relaxing. There are hundred of showerheads to choose from…not to mention all the gorgeous hardware available. Many women spend hours in their bathrooms getting ready for work or for an evening out!

So how do we reconcile this dilemma? It’s actually quite simple…and really common sense. Here’s what to do:

  1. Make sure your bed doesn’t share a wall with the toilet. It’s alright if your bedroom is right next to the bathroom (ensuite), but do make sure that it is not your head and bed that share the toilet wall…instead share with the sink or the mirror etc. Even better…try your bed in a different location in your room and have your dresser or some other piece of furniture against the bathroom wall.
  2. Your bathroom can be big and spa-like but keep the toilet separate from your main bath area. It is better if you keep the toilet in another small room within the bathroom…and keep the door closed at all times when not in use – this will allow you to decorate as much as you like without being afraid of activating toilet feng shui.
  3. Avoid bathroom fixtures: When you choose golden or gilded taps and fittings it’s not only a bit LTGoldfawcettostentatious…it’s really bad feng shui. Taps wash things away…and if yours are gold you are symbolically draining or flushing away all of your money luck. Choose stainless steel or ceramic materials…but not gold.
  4. No toilets above the main door – just think about it. Imagine having a toilet above the most important sector of all – your main door. Seriously…always check this before you make any offers on a new home or move into a rental unit. If you already live in such a home…it’s strongly recommended to spend the money to make the necessary changes – either move your bathroom or the main door. This configuration not only brings bad luck but it’s dangerous too.
  5. Choose the right colours for your bathroom. Don’t make the bathroom colours too yin…it’s okay if your bedroom colours are more subdued and a little more yin than yang…but bathrooms should be a little more yang. Bright colours like whites, creams and pastels work a lot better than blacks, maroons or navy. Tip the balance slightly in favor of yang and your bathroom will be fine.
  6. Carpeting the bathroom is a nice touch and many people like this…although ceramic tiles are actually better. If you do have carpeting then make sure you maintain it and don’t let it get too wet or overly damp. This will create a nasty mildew-like smell and emit unhealthy chi. Use small foot carpets on top of your main carpet to avoid this.

LTLadyTakingBathBathrooms will always be considered taboo to some extent no matter how fancy they are. The most important thing to remember is to keep them away from the NW and SW areas of your home as these represent the areas of the patriarch and matriarch respectively and if located in these locations all of the luck will be flushed away. And this means all your luck too since it affects the good fortune of the rest of the family.

Don’t stress too much – but do keep these simple rules in mind and follow the above guidelines…then enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub.

All the best
Lillian

Channeling Luck Into Your Home With Cosmic Energy
LTCosmicEnergyInMindLucky people live in lucky homes and homes have three dimensions to their energy profile. Homes are defined by the space and time changes of energy that affect them. Your home is also affected by the spirit essence that connects it to the larger energy fields that make up the cosmic universe. Everyone is part of this universe. The three dimensions manifest good or bad feng shui through the energies that flow between the material and cosmic worlds. This flow creates the mix of energy that manifests both good abundance and bad misfortune luck.

Usually most people are unaware of this constant flow and mix of energy between our material and cosmic worlds and thus unable to influence the quality of the chi flowing back and forth. Those who know about the flow of cosmic energies however can increase the flow of abundance from the cosmic universe and reduce afflictions that bring bad luck!

The cosmic universe is a complex accumulation of energy. Energy vortexes exist that can be negative or positive. The Chinese refer to the cosmic universe as the source and they call it the tai chi, which comprises primordial yin and yang energy. These are two extremes of energy and the tai chi is the basis of all landscape and compass practices of feng shui- encompassing time and space.

But there is more to the tai chi than simply its physical manifestations of time and space. The tai chi that is the cosmic universe has a life of its own. It is pulsating with a spirit that is as vast as infinity, a spirit that responds to rhythms, sounds, vibrations, colours, the yellow brightness of the sun and the white brightness of the moon.

When space and time feng shui are practiced alongside the spiritual dimension, manifested as the Tai Chi, the effect on the material plane is incredibly enhanced. The home is no longer just “lucky” or “harmonious”…the home’s space becomes more than ordinary space. It gets transformed into sacred space so that all the positive manifestations of good feng shui – health, wealth, harmony, success, a respected name, an excellent reputation, honourable recognitions, filial children, good friendships and uplifting relationships – all the different aspects of the human aspiration get touched by a spiritual potency that is very powerful.

LTCloudsAll aspirations manifest into reality. The spiritual dimension gets increasingly activated so that over time, both you and your house will glow with a powerful radiance. A new aura of invisible but brightening energy gets created. The good news is that spirituality exists in the human mind. YOU are the one to activate the spirituality within you to open the channels into the cosmic universe. You do this by placing focused awareness on your inner spirituality. This creates an opening of the channel that lets the cosmic energy flow through you and into your home.”

Pet Magic
LTDogandBoyWhat is it about pets that make us feel so happy? Pets are really good life energy to have around you…and they enhance the feng shui of your living space…especially if you work and you home is left empty during the day. They bring plenty of yang energy to counteract the yin energy of the quiet silence…and their good energy makes us feel upbeat and happy…especially when they greet us as we return home like a long lost friend. It is such good karma to be kind to your pets and have compassion for them having been born into the animal realm!

When you believe that you are truly part of the cosmos and sense the complete freedom that comes with accepting a new consciousness, everything happens perfectly for you.

It’s coming this Friday!

LTPhoto11There are two things I want to bring to your attention today.

First of all, If you haven’t already signed up for my FREE Preview Webinar this Friday, September 18, 2015 then I urge you do so today. I’ve got some important 2016 Monkey tips to share …as well as a few other things to cover with you. So please, don’t miss it as this is a one-time only preview! There is still time to register by clicking the link below:

Yes Lillian, I’d love to join you on September 18, 2015

Secondly, it makes me very happy knowing that many of you have already purchased the 4-part video series from my spiritual feng shui event last month in KL. You see, what I personally find so attractive about the Tibetan Buddhist traditions are the concepts that they celebrate…it’s really a philosophy and a way of life that is open to all people of any religious belief! I’ve told you many times over the last several years how important the spiritual dimension is to your total feng shui practice and frankly, the more I study, the more I know this to be true.

Nothing would make me happier than to know that you and all my followers and students are on the path to enlightenment…but we all really do need the help of Mother Tara to make it happen.

Now I do need to tell you that we’re closing the sale of this special 4-part video series tonight at midnight. There’s still time to grab your copy but after that these videos will no longer be available. I feel that if you know this is right for you, you’ll order the videos before the sale closes tonight…and if not then that’s what meant for you too.

Look, I really hope you’ll join me this Friday for my webinar, ok?

Sending love from Malaysia

The Feng Shui Of Watches & Clocks
LTWatch2It’s getting close to Christmas and the holidays again and people are always looking for unique and wonderful gifts for friends and family… and a watch or clock is often the choice. However, I must warn you of certain taboos associated with this kind of gift giving.

The Chinese are very averse to receiving watches and clocks as gifts. This is because the timepiece is thought to symbolize the negative effects of time. The clock, more than any other object represents the passing of time and it’s considered especially inauspicious in your office. I remember a time many years ago in Hong Kong when I was considering buying an impressive antique grandfather clock for my office…I thought it exhibited so much “character”, until my feng shui master strong advised against it and warned it was very bad for business!

LTBoyLookingAtWatchNow if you receive a watch as a gift (especially if it is a birthday gift), you should thank the person that gave it to you and immediately offer a token dollar or coin to nullify any negative effects. This symbolizes that you have “purchased” the watch from whoever gave it to you. According to advice given to me, it’s okay for parents to give watches to their children as presents, BUT NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!

Children should never give watches to their parents or grandparents or other older members of the family since this strongly suggests the passage of time. In a way, watches are symbolically the opposite of long life symbols such as peaches, bamboo and the crane and deer. No matter how expensive or beautiful the watch, if given to parents or elderly family members it will not be well received.

LTInvisibleForceThe Power of Turning Inward
Most ancient wisdoms and spiritual traditions of the world place emphasis on accessing the spiritual self, which involves reaching inward for your energy source. This is a subtle life force that is present in all human beings – an all- encompassing energy presence deep within that affects every aspect and dimension of our lives.

So think of your spiritual self as an invisible life force that is composed entirely of energy – it has no form or substance. It nourishes your body and mind…so that when we knowingly turn inwards this connection between spirit and body becomes significant – like an awakening.

When this happens, this awakening accelerates the flow of energy, which fuses the chi of heaven, earth and mankind. The Chinese call this tien ti ren – heaven, earth and mankind and other spiritual traditions refer to it as the merging of body, mind and spirit.
LTCaptureTheFlowOfLightNow you may have also heard life force or chi defined as the “flow of light” or the divine presence. Within your body there is yang movement going on all the time. When your life force moves through the heart and blood vessels there is movement…inner yang spirit energy. And when we vibrate in harmony with the environment, our bodies, minds and spirits are in sync with the energy around us. However, when discord sets in it brings illness and disharmony.

As you begin your efforts of tuning “inward”, you’ll become more sensitive to inner and outer vibrations…and your mind and body will develop new auditory sensitivities. Before long, you’ll realize that you vibrate differently with different people. You may have felt this before but not been “tuned in” to all of your powers. Now, as you become more sensitive, you will begin to instinctively respond in tune with your internal vibrations and begin to consciously focus your mind towards accessing your spiritual self!

Entering the realm of the spiritual is a spectacular and sacred adventure. The emphasis of our discovery journey now moves into the invisible spheres of cosmic energy fields that lie within all of us! Enjoy the journey!

All the Best,
Lillian

LTChandelier4I Love Chandeliers
I love chandeliers…and the most spectacular place to use them is in the Southwest of your home. The combination of fire and earth energies brings wonderful love luck to every resident member. You’ll find your marriage is much happier and younger members of the family will never be short of boyfriends or girlfriends!

Try to be kind to those around you who may be intimidated by you. Sometimes, without knowing it, you may be sending out signals that keep people from seeing you as the ordinary, down-to-earth person that you really are.

This can bring you great harm

LTWithSpiritguyWe had such amazing events over the past two weekends in Singapore and KL. Honestly the crowds continue to grow as we do these events each year – and now more and more of you are embracing spiritual feng shui. It makes me very happy to share these teachings with you. As I’ve mentioned many times, you do need the spiritual dimension to complete your feng shui practice…and believe me you really have no idea yet of the power of what I have already introduced to you.

Take hand mudras for example. Those of you who attended the spiritual event know what I am talking about…and in this issue today I’ve included more information on just one mudra which is easy to do and oh so powerful. All the vital forces of your body and spirit get rejuvenated when you do this mudra…you’ll love the results you get with really very little effort on your part. Just try it!

I’m excited! Our 2016 Fortune and Feng Shui horoscope books are being printed, along with the Almanac, Diary and something new and exciting that I’ll be sharing with you in a few weeks. You are going to love what we have created for you this year…so hang on it’s all coming soon.

Front Door Feng Shui

We Chinese consider the front door or main door as the mouth of the home, the place that must enjoy auspicious design and features. This is where the powerful cosmic energy or chi from the outer environment connects with and enters your home…so please pay attention to this area to ensure continuously good feng shui.

Keep Entryways Clear & Well Lit: Be sure the foyers inside and out are well lit and clear of clutter. It is also beneficial to display auspicious images in the vicinity of the main door to empower it – use guardians like lions or fu dogs.

Orientation of Your Front Door: It’s always better if the main door faces the same direction as the house as this brings harmony and balance to the energies surrounding the home. If this isn’t possible, at least try to have a secondary door or window there to act as the “mouth” or entrance.

Look For Outside Influences: If your door faces a road interchange, check to see if the roads seem to bring a flow of chi energy into your home. If traffic is moving away from the building it’s viewed as taking wealth from you, but if the road has slow moving traffic coming towards you it is bringing good fortune. It must not be fast flowing energy, which we call shar chi as this creates a poison arrow, which will harm you.

LTHouseatTBright Hall: If your main door opens onto a large field or empty land, then cosmic energy can settle before entering bringing vibrant chi into your home. This is very auspicious and if you don’t have a bright hall perhaps you can create one.

Poison Arrows: If your main door is afflicted by killing energy from a poison arrow, you and your family will suffer. This type of physical affliction can be the result of a straight road aimed at the door with fast moving energy, a triangular roof line across the street or even a single large tree or structural tower. The fix is to discover their source so that you can put the proper remedies and cures in place to destroy the poison arrow before it hits your front door.
Front Door Condition
LTManFixingDoorA cracked or chipped front door, with peeling paint is very harmful. You must attend to these issues immediately and they are signs that something is not right with the chi around the doorway. Repair or replace the door…and revitalize the energy by adding some bright lights; paint it and oil any creaking hinges to make sure your door opens smoothly. If the door gets stuck…your life could also get stuck!

Another Magical Mudra For You

In the ezine a few weeks ago we talked about the five elements of your fingers and about using hand mudras to enhance your life. Recently, at my Spiritual Feng Shui Extravaganza in Singapore and KL, I introduced you to several new mudras in the Tara practice. Mudra practice is one of the most efficient ways of harnessing the power of the inner spirit and its spiritual feng shui at it’s easiest. Here is another mudra for you today:

The Uplifting Mudra or The Mudra of Increasing

LTUpliftingMudraThis is one of my favorites! It’s a life-enhancing mudra and is especially good if you are feeling weak and need a pick me up. You simply join the top of the ring and little fingers to your thumb leaving the index and middle fingers upright as shown in the illustration. This is the triple combination of fire, earth and water with the earth being increased by the fire of the thumb. The key ingredient is strengthening of the cosmic earth element.

Don’t get discouraged if it feels a little awkward at first. As you practice more, your fingers will become more flexible and when you hold your fingers this way for a little while you will start to experience an uplifting of your inner chi. Just try it now for a few minutes! Tune into the energy of your fingers and feel the flow of chi as it moves like a current through your body.

If you practice this mudra regularly, the more you will feel your body health becoming rejuvenated and overtime this goodness radiates outwards to influence other events in your life.

One very special benefit of this mudra is the wonderful effect it has on your eyes. If you’ve been experiencing eye problems just practicing this mudra daily will help immensely.

LTInfinitySymbol You can also use this mudra to draw the mystic knot in front of you and it will instantly help to smooth and overcome whatever obstacle is blocking you. Just cosmically draw the mystic know by using the mudra to outline the infinity symbol in the air in front of you. Do this three times continuously. As I mentioned at the Spiritual Extravaganza last week…one of the best places to use it is in a car park and you’ve been searching for a parking space…it works like magic! Additionally use it when someone makes you angry or picks a fight with you. Just draw the infinity symbol in front of them and it will relieve the tension. This mudra can really relax tensions and ease things in most situations.

Try it now!

LT3coins copy 3Hiding Coins In Walls & Floors

An excellent way to enhance your feng shui if you are renovating or building a home is to place lots of coins (tied with red ribbon) in the ground or path leading to your home as well as in the walls of your dining and living room. So you’re actually cementing the coins into your floors and walls. This symbolically brings wealth into your home and will lead to a steady increase of wealth for you.

ltpic9With the Year of the Horse winding down, and the shift focusing to the coming Year of the Sheep and the changes we must make to accommodate energy changes in our homes and offices, it is important not to forget the spiritual dimension. The effect on the material plane (your home, office, lifestyle etc) is incredibly enhanced when spiritual feng shui is used along side the space and time dimension practices.

When you add spiritual feng shui, your home is no longer just “lucky” or “harmonious”. Now your space becomes so much more than ordinary space…it gets transformed into sacred space. This means that all the positive manifestations of good feng shui – health, wealth, harmony, success, respect and an excellent reputation, good friendships and uplifting relationships and filial children – all these aspects of the human aspiration get touched by a spiritual potencythat is very powerful.

The spiritual dimension gets activated so that over time both you and your house will almost glow…. since the cosmic universe is pulsating with a spirit that is as vast as infinity on a much higher and different energy vibration.

Just thought I would mention this today and remind you that spirituality exists in the human mind and YOU are the one that must activate it. Why not begin to focus more on your inner spirituality and open this channel that allows the cosmic energy to flow through YOU and into your home!

Effective Cures For
Overcoming Secret Poison Arrows

When we refer to “secret” or “hidden” poison arrows, please understand that they are only secret if you do not know how to identify them. Here are several guidelines to help you identify poison arrows that may be affecting you:

  1. Anything that is long and straight and appears aimed at your home or building can be classified as a poison arrow. The straighter and longer the “arrow”, the more deadly will be its effect on the fortunes of the occupants of the home or building. The most common form of this type of “arrow” is a long straight road that joins another road at 90 degrees.
  2. Anything that is pointed and sharp directly facing the front of the home. It is especially harmful if it is aimed directly at your main front door.
  3. Anything that is triangular in shape and peaked is also harmful.
  4. Anything that appears to symbolize an obstacle like a large cross is also considered a poison arrow – despite the fact that it may be on a church that your home faces.

It is actually quite easy to cure poison arrows. First check the direction that the poison arrow is coming from, and use the destructive cycle of the Five Elements. For example, if the poison arrow is coming at you from the south direction, place a water fountain at the front. South represents the element of fire and water is the element that will destroy fire. If you are not familiar with the Five Element Theory, just click here to download your FREE Report.

Here’s a quick checklist of element cures for poison arrows. Remember you must consider the direction that the poison arrow is coming from – the direction from which it originates when deciding on the correct cure to use. From the SOUTHEAST: hang a 6-rod metal wind chime in front.

From the SOUTH: Place a water fountain
From the SOUTHWEST: Display a tall plant in front of the poison arrow
From the EAST: Hang a curved knife in front of it
From the WEST: Hang a bright light in front of it
From the NORTHEAST: Hang a plant in front of the poison arrow.
From the NORTH: Hang a faceted crystal in front of the poison arrow.
From the NORTHWEST: Place a bright light or lava lamp at the front facing the NW.

Develop Your Inner Insights Today

LTMoneyBallWhen your inner self glows with soothing wisdom and healing light, it brings realizations that have the ability to comfort, enrich and empower you. Your inner “self” condenses these experiential insights that contain all you need to live a fuller, richer and more empowered life.

How are you feeling about yourself at this moment? How is your vitality? How is your body…your physical state? What about your financial status, your social status? Do you have lots of friends or are you lonely? You see, all of these things relate back to the inner self and are a perfect reflection of what you are feeling about yourself right now.

LTLonelyladyYou must start with the knowing that your life is precious and it is continually changing just like the seasons. It is dynamic…evolving and transforming from moment to moment. Since your life is a mirror reflection of your thoughts and feelings, why not start today to live in a state of more awareness?

Begin by visualizing the gold that lies within your heart. This is not like the gold in your wallet or bank account…it is far more precious. In the heart area, there is a powerful vortex of spiritual energy. Some people call this the heart chakra, and here the human energy is at a very high level. Watch your breath and let it awaken you. It should not be too shallow or too deep – just a slow, steady and calming breath. Begin to imagine that you are lifting your heart from its present place into another world of inner abundant health, wealth and happiness. Imagine this bright white light at your heart, pulsating and radiating within you…calm and serene. The heart is where the mind must focus concentration to open the spiritual channel into the cosmic universe!

When you enter this calm state, wisdom and understanding unfold as you relax the mind enabling it to flow freely within your consciousness. And it is now that the higher realizations of the spirit will begin to unfold. Why feel badly when you can feel good? Why feel sad when you can feel happy instead? Flow with life itself! Your quality of life will take on new meaning as your inner self opens to all new possibilities. You are already enriched; confident, empowered and strong…you just needed these insights and pathways revealed to you. Relax the mind and let it lead you along these powerful pathways!

Should I Wear Red Or Black Tonight?

LTLadyinBlackIt all depends. If you want to cheer yourself up check your closet and get out some RED clothing and let the colour work it’s special magic on your personal force field. If you’re headed out for a special event and want to feel seductive and alluring, then wear BLACK! Colours assert their own subtle energy and will help to transcend any initial impression, affecting moods, emotions and responses!

The seasonal changes remind us of the constant change that surrounds us, and how vulnerable we all are to the passage of time. Consider today how precious your time is. Your life is truly much too precious to waste!

The secrets we all want to know

ltpic9In just a few days it will be 4th of July, which is a very big holiday for all of my friends and students In the USA! It’s also called Independence Day and marks the signing of the Declaration of Independence July 4, 1776 (declaring independence from Great Britain).

LT4thofJulyThis is a huge day of fun and celebration – lots of YANG energy! Some of the festivities are fireworks (of course!) along with parades, family reunions and barbecues. What the Americans are really celebrating is freedom. It reminds us just how lucky we are – all of us who live in countries that allow us freedom of choice, to follow our dreams and to reach whatever level of success we desire! Unfortunately not all people are so lucky.

I’ve included an article today on Paht Chee reading… with my updated course opening for registration on July 9th this should be of interest to you. You may have already received a few emails from me about my upcoming online course so stay tuned for more details early next week.

Please don’t forget to get your tickets and register for my upcoming Spiritual Event in Singapore on July 13 and KL on the 20th. I am so looking forward to seeing everyone again …the spiritual dimension of feng shui is really so vital to your overall practice! Do plan on spending the day with me, okay?

There’s still time to register Spiritual Feng Shui Event

Unlocking the Secrets of Your Birth Chart Does it Really Work?

A lot of people who aren’t familiar with feng shui or paht chee reading have asked me if it’s necessary to have both skills…and I always recommend that you learn both. Why? Because your level of success depends on timing…and having the knowledge of when the good and bad years, months and days will hit makes Paht Chee a fabulous life tool that offers invaluable advice for personal decision-making.

The Chinese Way of Thinking

You see, Chinese philosophy stresses that prevention is always better than cure so my approach to life and living is always focused on preventing bad things from happening…and this is one of the first things you’ll learn when you study feng shui with me. Knowing how to read your paht chee chart gives you ample warning to prevent misfortune…and it is a reliable and popular way of getting significant clues so that you can tap into your veins of good fortune days too.

We Chinese believe that it is only by knowing the benchmarks and milestones in your life as revealed in your birth data that you can be forewarned of obstacles in your life and identify the “lucky” periods too. This is what knowing how to do a Paht Chee reading will give you.

We don’t consult feng shui or paht chee experts from a fatalistic viewpoint…but rather the motivation is to discover the ways and means of improving our lives. You can do this too once you know how to read your chart.

It’s A Step By Step Process

Now once you begin the course and start to unlock the secrets of your birth chart and check back on years or time periods that have passed, you’ll find that it’s almost uncanny how accurate the reading is…and you’ll wish you had known before what lay ahead. How often have you said…”Oh…if only I had known this in advance!”

In my course you will first learn how to read your chart…and what’s so cool is that you will actually download your own personal chart from my website at http://www.wofs.com and use it as I teach you step-by-step how to make a proper analysis.

LTChart

Here’s a sample of a paht chee chart. You can download your own personal chart from my website http://www.wofs.com to use in the course.

But that’s not all! As we find the problems that lay ahead I will teach you the remedies to help neutralize and overcome misfortune indications…as well as exactly how to enhance certain elements that will strengthen you. If you’ve studied feng shui with me and know the 5-Element Theory you are a step ahead…because the key is elemental analysis and it all goes back to the theory of the FIVE ELEMENTS.

Your Paht Chee chart is made up of four pillars or columns and each pillar comprises two levels containing two elements that define an important pillar of your date of birth – the year, month, date and hour. We’ll analyze the eight elements superficially and then in great depth…and the deeper we go into the analysis the more secrets about you are revealed. This course is all about analysis…and it’s not difficult.

Some Of My Students Are Famous

Look, there’s a lot of junk out there today on the internet making promises to everyone about life-changing results…so I don’t blame folks for wondering if learning Paht Chee is important and if it really works.

Let me share something with you.

My students that have studied with me in Malaysia learn enough Paht Chee in a week to undertake very comprehensive readings for themselves and others and now you can too. In fact, many have even turned pro and there are amongst my students a few who have now become so good that they successfully advise big politicians and business men helping them to maintain their success using the timing element! You simply need know the best times to make specific decisions regarding your success potential.

To your future!

Lillian

The Eight Major Offerings

LTFlowerIn Chinese feng shui there are eight major offerings that are believed to bring excellent good fortune when made to the deities and especially to the Buddhas.

  1. The offering of food which signifies prosperity
  2. The offering of money which signifies generosity that leads to wealth
  3. The offering of water which signifies clear minds
  4. The offering of flowers, which signifies beauty.
  5. The offer of light which signifies knowledge and wisdom
  6. The offering of incense which signifies the overcoming of obstacles
  7. The offering of music or sound which signifies happiness
  8. The offering of dance, which signifies a cause for celebration.

All of these offerings are associated with each of the Eight Offering Goddesses who bring blessings from Buddha. Note the symbolism of the auspicious number eight…there is also a divine connection between this number and the celestial deities that shower down good fortune!LTCandles

If you have an altar at home you can enhance its energy by making offerings to the deities on the altar…so why not place eight lovely figurines to signify the eight offering goddesses? Place a little of each offering by each of the deities to ensure eight types of good fortune and protection.

ltpic9Are you well and happy? Are things going well for you at home and at your job?

You know, many of my readers and students write to tell me that they are doing extremely well…their feng shui knowledge has helped them to climb in their careers and achieve the income they desire. Many have gone on to become very wealthy and rise to significantly high positions in their respective businesses.

But do you know what? Many tell me that while having wealth is great and solves many problems…they still feel like something is missing. They’re happy to a point…but there is something “missing” from their lives…and they feel somehow they are not really “happy.”

This doesn’t surprise me at all.

As you know I have been telling you for some time about the importance of the third dimension of feng shui – the Spiritual Dimension. Spiritual feng shui is extremely effective because it involves our minds – and our minds are so tremendously powerful when we use and engage them consciously. When you become aware and learn the simple yet powerful techniques for accessing your inner mind, you can indeed unlock the final piece of the puzzle that may now be missing…and discover your true happiness!

3 Important Furniture Tips That Will
Absolutely Improve Your Feng Shui !

ltgreenchairFurniture plays an important role in feng shui, so do take time when making your home furnishing choices!

SUPPORT! The main thing to remember is that your furniture should always give you support – so the backrests on your armchairs and sofas in the living room should be high enough to support you. The patriarch of the family (or the major breadwinner) should always sit in chairs with arm and backrests, meaning he is never lacking support. In your family or TV room make sure the sofa is supportive as this ensures good support for all family members.
In your bedroom your headboard must also support you. And the bed itself should never be too small or too short for you as this constricts growth – especially important to keep in mind with your growing children.

ltdiningroomchairsIN THE DINING ROOM! Your dining table is best when it is round or rectangular in shape – not too small or narrow. Pa Kua (eight-sided) tables are also considered auspicious…but round is definitely considered the best.
Make sure the chairs are comfortable as uncomfortable chairs suggest it will be difficult to maintain your current lifestyle. Since smaller chairs suggest limitations to growth and upward mobility, always go for larger, more comfortable chairs in your dining area.

QUANTITY, QUALITY AND STYLE! It’s better to have a few nice pieces of furniture than lots of cheap stuff – especially when you need solid support! So take time to build your furniture collection – one good piece at a time. Too much furniture will also make a room seem overcrowded and have a feeling of tightness that will block the flow of chi.
Alternatively, many designers and interior decorators today are going for a more minimalist theme with lots of gray and black. This is great from the aspect of energy flow but remember that all greys and whites can create too much YIN energy. Since we know that a large amount of yang energy must always be present in any home be sure to introduce yang features to create balance – such as colour, light and sound. Always remember the importance of balance when decorating any room in your home.

Take a quick stroll around your home right now – do your chairs and sofa give you and your family support? Is the chi meandering – flowing slowly throughout your home? Are your dining chairs roomy and comfortable?

You can find many easy tips about how to improve the feng shui of your interiors in my book Feng Shui For Interiors !

To your success!
Lillian

Two Beds…or One?

lt2beds
Never put two single beds together to become a larger, double bed as this creates an invisible line of separation between the couple. Do not have two mattresses on one bed frame for the same reason. Any kind of invisible separation of the bed is always bad. If you are faced with this kind of problem it is better just to sleep on two separate beds.
Your Subconscious Mind Doesn’t Know the Difference

Thoughts can be either negative or positive – but your subconscious mind doesn’t distinguish between the two! In other words when you think negative thoughts, your subconscious mind will accept them as truth. For this reason, it’s important to always recognize and control random thoughts so they do not harm us when they are negative and at the same time help us tremendously when they are of a positive nature.
