You can do this one easily

LTpic11In the last week you’ve probably received a few emails from me about my new online course Feng Shui For Real Estate Success. One thing I really want to be clear with you about is that although this is a targeted course for people in the real estate business -that is in the buying and selling of properties, investment properties, flipping homes etc. – it is also totally suitable for anyone wanting to ready their home for sale or if you’re looking to build, buy property or even rent an apartment. In fact, it’s a good course for anyone who uses feng shui as it covers many details relevant to your home design and lifestyle.

Now if you are a real estate agent or broker…wow. This course will give you such an edge over the other professionals in your area. Seriously, there are certain secrets that make a huge difference, for example if you have a property on the market and it just won’t sell. Or how to prepare a home for sale so it feels warm and welcoming…and how to make it irresistible to potential buyers! Naturally I’ve included certain rituals – some that I’m sure you have never heard of – that make all of this easy and will make your clients forever grateful. Just imagine providing them with certain feng shui suggestions that will really help them…and help you build a great reputation at the same time.

You see, this ancient art of feng shui is being used more and more to sell every kind of real estate…from luxury properties to simple condos. And that’s not all. Some of the richest men in the world use feng shui when building or buying properties…men like Donald Trump, Bill Gates and others…so you do need to know the basics. When I realized that there was not really a suitable online course available to everyone on this subject, I knew the time had come to create one and I’m very happy to offer this to you now. After all, why should only a few people have such an advantage?

The Hidden Dangers Of Staircase Feng Shui
And What You Can Do About Them

LTStaircaseGoingdown Many people write to me with staircase questions related to the feng shui of their homes. They may have read or heard something and they’re confused or worried. They don’t know how to correct the problem or in some cases they don’t even know that a problem exists – a problem that may be hurting their families and their futures. There are hidden dangers that everyone must be aware of, which is why I’ve included this subject in my new online course Feng Shui For Real Estate Success.

You see staircase feng shui can really make a very big difference with regard to your prosperity luck, longevity and so on. You’re going to love all the special tips…the nuances of this ancient art of feng shui that I share in the course.

So…getting back to the subject of staircases…. you must be very careful. Some houses today are designed so that when you enter you see a staircase going up to the second floor…and one going down to the basement. This is very bad because the chi or energy does not know whether to go up or to go down. I’ve recently seen several new condos on the market that have been designed this way – apparently in an effort to conserve space.

Now if there is only one staircase, it should not directly face your front door. When this happens the energy from the house – the good energy keeps flowing out rather than staying in. And any energy entering the home cannot gather in the foyer and then meander slowly through the home, but instead rushes, like a poison arrow straight up the staircase facing the door.

LTStaircaseDoubleSpiralIf you have two staircases – if it is very luxurious property and there are two staircases – one going up on each side so they are joined at the top and then they end up facing the front door as two separate staircases it means the family will not have the longevity of good fortune. At some stage, the family will either disintegrate or the father and mother will separate because when the two staircases come down on either side – they split into two. No matter how stately and elegant it may seem to have such a staircase design…believe me it is not good feng shui.

So your staircase should not directly face the door and if it does…what can you do? One solution is to change the direction of the last three steps so they are not facing the door…providing you have enough space to do this. Alternatively, you can create some kind of barrier so that the staircase is not seen when you enter the house.

Now another thing I cover in my new course is what you must look out for that is under the staircase…because this is extremely important.

You can learn all of this and more in Feng Shui For Real Estate Success. It’s filled with useful information and tips not found in any of my books…making it suitable for anyone interested in improving the feng shui of their home for a more profitable and happy life!

To your success!

An Easy Ritual To Improve Your Home Chi

All homes are affected by both internal and external feng shui bringing both good and bad luck to the occupants. This is a topic that I cover in detail in my new course Feng Shui For Real Estate Success!

Spiritually the chi energy of any home can be affected when something bad takes place within its premises, such as a violent death or illness. If you find that your home requires site purification to uplift the chi energy, the following is a simple purification ritual you can prepare and do yourself. If you are a real estate agent, you can advise the sellers of the home to do this (thus making the home more welcoming to potential buyers) and you can also advise the buyers of a new home to do this prior to moving in to their new property.

  1. Purify Yourself First – take a bath and cleanse yourself, and then recite the 100 syllable purification mantra 21 times before performing the ceremony.

LTPurificationMantraToBuddha2.  Ritual of Purification: Mix some red colouring into a bowl of uncooked rice grains. Gently pour in strong alcohol (brandy or whiskey) using your right middle finger to stir the red rice grains into a liquid mixture.

3. Place the mixture on the table while you recite ten rounds of the powerful six-syllable mantra to the Compassionate Buddha OM MANI PADME HUM 108 times. This means you recite 10 malas of this mantra.

4. Then gently blow into the mixture and walk clockwise around the edge of your home/property or room that needs purifying. Sprinkle the liquid mixture at each corner of your property or individual room and as you do so visualize a protection wheel spinning in a clockwise direction dissolving all the bad energy.

5. The wheel has eight spokes and each spoke symbolizes the pure energy of deity protectors who are invisible. You can visualize the wheel as radiating bright light so that all the bad energy gets dissolved and simultaneously chi energy gets miraculously uplifted.

6. This process is very effective and it plants good energy at the four cardinal corners of the house, apartment or individual room. You can expand this and make it eight corners if you like to include the secondary directions as well.

Remember that bad chi does linger and you and the rest of the residents in your home will be affected without anyone knowing it. If your feng shui is correct and nothing looks to be out of order physically then the problem probably lies with negative invisible chi energy, either from past residents or current unhappiness and conflict. The above ritual is a good way to purify the site and this is something that you can do yourself by following the instructions above.

All the while she was guided and taught by her feng shui masters in Hong Kong and China – and she attributes much of her monumental and quick rise to success in Hong Kong directly to them.

She published her first book in Malaysia in 1995 that quickly became a best seller and the rest is history. Today she is Chairman of Wofs.Com, a feng shui franchise and merchandising company run by her daughter, Jennifer Too.

She trains feng shui students and future consultants at her Certified Consulting Institute in Malaysia and is much loved by her readers, associates and students for the way she teaches practical feng shui in a user-friendly way, using ordinary situations and circumstances that interest people and affect their everyday lives.

In November 2009, at the International Feng Shui Convention in Singapore, the well-deserved title of GRAND MASTER OF FENG SHUI was conferred upon Lillian Too. Immediately following this accolade, in early January 2010, she received the prestigious Brand Laureate Personality of The Year Award presented by the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia! Are You Living In the Right Home?

One of the things I cover in my new course Feng Shui For Real Estate Success is whether or not to buy a home based on the affinity of that property with you personally. There are various methods of finding out…but the astrological method is really quite good. What I mean by this is that when you check the facing direction of the potential property…you must make sure that it is sitting or facing a direction that is complimentary to your animal sign. So if your Chinese astrological sign is a horse for example…choose a home with a facing or sitting direction of SOUTH since that is the astrological home of the Horse!

Don’t Hold A Grudge
LTCoupleFighting2

There is something very damaging about holding a grudge. The pain keeps getting worse and worse when we allow hurt, betrayal and anger to fester in our hearts. Although very difficult, try to forgive unconditionally and let peace enter your heart.
