I’m back from Taiwan now and getting ready for the MPC course here in KL that takes place April 25-30th. I can’t tell you how much I still love teaching this course despite having done so hundreds of times already!! For some reason I always attract such wonderful students – many of who continue to study with me at more advanced levels and some even become business partners!
Most of the students love the fact that I teach the entire 5-day course in a very close up and personal style… and I allow plenty of time during the week to get to know each and everyone who attends. I’m not sure now if there is still any room left in this upcoming session, but I would encourage any of you who want to advance your feng shui practice to continue your study either here in KL or online with me.
For those of you following the U.S. election…we’ve carefully analyzed both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump’s Paht Chee charts in the March and April editions of Feng Shui World Magazine…it is truly fascinating reading especially if you are a student of Paht Chee so please take a look at these, ok? There’s also an excellent article by Phillip Lim on The Emperor Star with examples of many great leaders with this star in their charts…like Lee Kuan Yew and Vladamir Putin. Be sure to get your copy of Feng Shui World Magazine today!
We know that the old feng shui texts reveal that water has always been regarded and respected because of the influence it exerts on our money luck…it can bring you great prosperity or cause you to lose everything. However, this year there is a serious absence of water in the charts…with only the Dragon bringing some hidden Yin water later in the autumn months.
This means that right now you may be feeling more competitive pressures in your business and relationships giving even more reason to counter these effects with the presence of water in your home, business and on your person. Since in 2016 the element of water stands for power and authority, and because it is lacking you may also be feeling ineffectiveness as an authority figure with others opposing your decisions and being more critical. Men who are in positions of authority may find it difficult to exercise their authority. Here are some things you can do that will help.
Activate the Indirect Spirit of Period of 8
The Southwest is the place of the Indirect Spirit and it is vital to place water here if wealth creation is what you want. I strongly recommend placing and activating all kinds of water-enhancing features in the SW, which will bring reassuring financial stability for you and your entire household. Three vases filled with water are extremely powerful in countering the lack of water and it’s easy to display something like this within your interior design. Remember to reduce the number of plants in the SW this year as plants can exhaust the water energy.
Choose Blue This Year
All shades of blue from light to dark as well as black are favourable colors for the year. These water colors will bring relief, especially if you are experiencing lots of ongoing bad luck.
Capturing the Wealth Chi
Water brings favorable chi into the home. If you already have a fish pond or swimming pool – something that represents accumulation or flow of water then so much the better! The exact location of where water is placed is as important as the direction of its flow. So for example if you have a waterfall in your garden outside your home, ask yourself if the water can be seen from inside the house (through a door or window). This ensures there is an opening for the water chi to enter your house. If not, then some of your good water chi is lost. Always remember that in order to tap the auspicious luck of water there must be an opening that allows the chi to enter.
Those who make an effort and enhance the presence of the water element around them and in their homes are sure to benefit significantly this year.
To your prosperity!
The Water Ritual of the White Dzambhala…
A Powerful Practice For Wealth
It is important to generate an altruistic intention when doing this practice. When your desire to become rich is only to benefit yourself, it deprives the practice of much power. When your aspiration is fueled by your great desire to help others however, the ritual takes on much added power. Even when your motivation is inspired by your great wish to benefit your loved ones, this is far better than just thinking of yourself.
Thus for those needing the money to fund their children’s education, to buy a house for the family, to pay for hospital bills for instance… and you think through these needs of yours before doing the ritual then, it will establish a good and pure motivation that really adds great strength to the practice.
- First get an image of the White Dzambhala and commit it to memory. Notice the White Dzambhala is sitting on a turquoise dragon and is carrying a white trident in one hand and a banner in another.
- Next get images of the four Dakinis – beautiful offering Goddesses from the four Buddhist families each whom live in a different direction. Vajra Dakini, blue coloured from the East with a thunderbolt in her right hand; Ratna Dakini, from the south with a jewel in her right hand; Padma Dakini from the west with a lotus in her right hand and Karma Dakini, green coloured from the North with a sword in her right hand.
- Thirdly set up your crystal bowl in which you place an inverted glass with a flat surface on top on which you place the White Dzhambala surrounded by the four dakinis.
- Finally prepare a jug or pitcher of fresh water filled to the brim – it should have a thin spout from which you will pour water over White Dzambhala’s crown as you recite his mantra. Do this pouring slowly and with great loving gentleness.
The Mantra Practice
Begin by generating good motivation…then start reciting the mantra of White Dzambhala:
As you recite start offering water on the head of Dzambhala slowly but steadily and it should be a fine stream of water. As you pour the water with your right hand, snap the fingers of your left hand in front of your heart and recite the mantra a minimum of seven times, preferably 108 times. If you have a rosary of 108 mala beads use this and make it your designated mala for doing this practice. At times when you are in a rush you can recite 21 or 28 times.
As you recite the Dzambhala mantra and pour the water on his head, think that from the mouth of the Dragon and from the mouth of Dzambhala’s mongoose come an unceasing flow of wish-fulfilling jewels and dollar notes, millions and millions of dollar notes. The flow of wealth comes like beautiful water falling down from the mountains. Think that Dzambhala’s experiencing great bliss from the water so he promises to help you by bringing big wealth for your family and business.
The Four Dakinis
Next you must turn your attention to the four dakinis. If there is any water left you can also pour it over the heads of the dakini images. If not, then all you need to do is recite the mantras of the four dakinis as follows. Recite 21 sets of these mantras:
When you have finished reciting all the mantras, it is important to dedicate the practice and the ritual just performed to your family and to the success of all your financial aspirations. The water used for the ritual can be used to make tea or to pour over plants or into your fish tanks or water features.
You can also place a White Dzambhala image under the falling water in a nine-level waterfall and place this in the north, east or southeast of your living room and keep the water flowing through the day. You can turn off the waterfall in the night. If you have such a waterfall in the house it is also a good idea to recite the mantra 21 times in front of the waterfall as this creates the great merit of invoking Dzambhala’s assistance for the family or the business. You can also create this water feature in your office.
This is the powerful practice for wealth…the water ritual of the White Dzambhala Buddha, which I am very happy to share with you.

Watch The Flow For Income Luck
When we discuss “the flow of water” as it pertains to the feng shui of your home we usually look at how a particular flow of water (such as a stream or brook) surrounds your home. When you are on the inside curve of the water flow it is thought to be auspicious, but if you’re on the outside of the curve it is inauspicious. Water that seems to flow quickly and directly toward your home in a straight line is not thought to be auspicious but water that meanders gently in a non-threatening way is very good indeed.
Water “flow” usually reflects your income luck… your paycheck and regular monthly income vs. asset wealth. A waterfall generates wealth when it flows towards the house bringing abundance into the home…and if it is close to the dining room even better – as it symbolically “feeds” all the family members!
