I’m just back from India and an amazing trip to Tso Pema, Derhradun, and Mussorie. You’ll find the write up and all of the wonderful photos in the April issue of Feng Shui World Magazine. Although we encountered several obstacles on this pilgrimage (you’re going to be surprised at what we met up with on our journey), we overcame all of them, which is of course an excellent sign for the New Year. Don’t miss the upcoming issue.
And speaking of the New Year and changing energies…several of you have emailed to ask if it is still possible to order the video series of my Extravaganza this year. Although I don’t normally reopen sale of these videos, it seems many of you need some help with regard to the flying stars and placement of cures and enhancements. So for this week only I’m making this series available again and you can access it by clicking on the link below:
Don’t forget to bring the energy of springtime into your home or apartment with plenty of plants and fresh flowers since we are missing the Lap Chun this year. If fresh flowers are difficult to come by because of the weather or where you live, then anything symbolic of growth energy will do. I’ve made plenty of changes to my own home to account for the changes this year and also to my garden over the past few months. You can read all about (and perhaps get some good ideas) in the March issue of Feng Shui World Magazine…Guiding The Chi in my Ever-Evolving Garden!
Until next time,
Second Month Of the Yi Wei Wood Sheep Year
March 6, 2015 – April 4, 2015
Here’s your monthly flying star chart and I urge you to review this and pay attention to these recommendations. This covers the period March 6-April 4, 2015.
In each of the nine grids you’ll see two numbers. The larger number is the annual star, which you probably are already familiar with, and the smaller number in the lower right corner is the monthly star.
The first thing to do is determine where the most important rooms in your house are located. By important I mean rooms that you use frequently…like your bedroom, the kids’ rooms, dining room etc. You may already know this, but if not use a reliable compass and stand in the center of your home to take your directions. Once you know where each sector is, you can refer to the flying star chart below and take appropriate action. So if your front door, the one everyone uses is located in the north sector then refer to the relevant grid below for the kind of luck that will affect everyone in the household this month.
Everyone residing in the NORTH will enjoy prosperity energy this month. The 8/9 combination indicates monetary gain as well as cause for celebration. Display three gold sheep with a pot of gold. Organize a party in you home and invite plenty of friends to bring in precious yang energy.
The SOUTHWEST is also an excellent sector and the stars here bring the kind of good fortune that aids in your career advancement as well as wealth luck. Place a water feature with a golden dragon to attract wealth luck and a Dragon Tortoise to activate career luck.
Although the SOUTH is plagued with the 7 star this year, the auspicious monthly wealth start 8 brings money luck to houses and businesses facing SOUTH. Be sure to activate this area with a water feature as it brings monetary gain.
SOUTHEAST – Watch for problems in the SE caused by clashing elements here bringing gossip, arguments and disagreements that could lead to legal entanglements. Remedy this with a 7 Royal Emblem Plaque and keep the noise and activity level down.
NORTHEAST – The violent star makes an appearance so this sector has an excess of metal energy bringing danger of robbery and violence. Display the ani-burglary totem and place an urn of yin water in this area. Try not to quarrel or cause dissention within the family or with your partner. Keep the lights on as fire will exhaust the strength of metal energy.
It’s important to fine-tune your feng shui every month and take care of the monthly flying stars. Note that these are only a few of the sectors – for example the East is also a sector to be careful of this month – since the illness bringing star can cause liver and limb problems so elderly people should avoid this area all together. You’ll find these monthly charts in Feng Shui World Magazine, so if you’re not already a subscriber I suggest you sign on! It’s quick and easy and always available when you choose the online version…but printed copies are of course available as well!

Grand Master Lillian Too is undoubtedly the world’s most prolific and popular writer and advocate on living with good feng shui! She has written over 100 books that have been translated into 31 different languages, and over 10 million copies of her books have been sold worldwide.
After graduating with an MBA from Harvard Business School, Lillian went on to pursue a highly successful business career in banking and finance in the 1980’s in Hong Kong. Her business acumen, drive and abundant energy soon led her from the finance world to the world of luxury department stores and boutiques where, through a leveraged buy out, she became Chairman and shareholder of The Dragon Seed Group.
All the while she was guided and taught by her feng shui masters in Hong Kong and China – and she attributes much of her monumental and quick rise to success in Hong Kong directly to them.
Lillian soon decided to retire from active corporate life and return to Malaysia to raise her beautiful daughter, Jennifer, and spend more time with her family. It was at this time she began to devote her energy to writing and furthering her study of feng shui.
She published her first book in Malaysia in 1995 that quickly became a best seller and the rest is history. Today she is Chairman of Wofs.Com, a feng shui franchise and merchandising company run by her daughter, Jennifer Too.
She trains feng shui students and future consultants at her Certified Consulting Institute in Malaysia and is much loved by her readers, associates and students for the way she teaches practical feng shui in a user-friendly way, using ordinary situations and circumstances that interest people and affect their everyday lives.
In November 2009, at the International Feng Shui Convention in Singapore, the well-deserved title of GRAND MASTER OF FENG SHUI was conferred upon Lillian Too. Immediately following this accolade, in early January 2010, she received the prestigious Brand Laureate Personality of The Year Award presented by the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia! There seems to be no stopping her popularity and these days!
Lillian believes everyone should know her secrets and learn how to adapt feng shui to modern life… and she warmly welcomes you into her Mandala.

Hang three coins (the kind with the square hole in the center) tied together with red string on your door handle to activate the yang energy and good fortune symbolized by the coins. Hang them on the inside of your doors, meaning the good luck is already inside your home. Please don’t hang coins or feng shui energizers on your back door. In feng shui the back door represents how you leave your home so keep your focus on the main doors of entry.
Caught up in the hectic rush of business and home life? Slow down your pace and don’t rush today. Make it a point to stop and help someone -even a stranger. Try to make someone else happy.
