In the meantime we’re busy at WOFS preparing for the upcoming Year of the Wood Sheep (and glad that the Year of the Horse is coming to an end). If you have purchased your annual animal sign book, almanac and diary you already have some inkling about what is in store for your sign. However to maximize your knowledge and really get the year started right (and to protect yourself and your family adequately), I urge you to attend one of my feng shui extravaganzas being held this year in Singapore, KL and Miami Florida! Please refer to the information in this ezine, the FSW monthly magazine or go to my website at www.wofs.com. We have some amazing designs and wonderful products for you this year!
A gentle reminder – it is always important to update your monthly feng shui. Don’t skip this – especially this year. It doesn’t take long and we’ve given you instructions on exactly how and what to do. You’ll find all the information for each of the sectors in our monthly magazine – some highlights are listed below!
Until next week,
Tenth Month of the Jia Wu Wood Horse
(November 7 – December 6, 2014)
Here’s your monthly flying star chart and I urge you to review this and pay attention to these recommendations. This covers the period November 7 – December 6, 2014.
In each of the nine grids you’ll see two numbers. The larger number is the annual star, which you probably are already familiar with, and the smaller number in the lower right corner is the monthly star.
The first thing to do is determine where the most important rooms in your house are located. By important I mean rooms that you use frequently…like your bedroom, the kids’ rooms, dining room etc. You may already know this, but if not use a reliable compass and stand in the center of your home to take your directions. Once you know where each sector is, you can refer to the flying star chart below and take appropriate action. So if your front door, the one everyone uses is located in the north sector then refer to the relevant grid below for the kind of luck that will affect everyone in the household this month.
Which sector will bring you luck?
Two white stars in the WEST combine to bring good fortune and prosperity. Excellent career luck if your room is located here and good financial support. Display the Fuk Luk Sau to enhance luck. Watch for too much stress at work work and place a wu lou at your bedside.
This is also a prosperous month for the center with the prosperity 8 star flying in to bring money and wealth luck. Place 8 immortal feature here to boost wealth luck. If you are studying or pursuing literary endeavor all will go well. Display wisdom crystal ball on your desk to activate success.
The NORTHWEST is not the place to hang out this month! The magnifying 9 star enhances the annual 5 yellow bringing inauspicious energies of misfortune, accidents, fire and sickness for the entire month. Display the Vairocana Stupa here to protect family members and avoid noise and music. If your bedroom is in the NW then use all metal windchime or bells and gold coins. No candles or stoves here please due to fire danger.
This is also a bad month if your main door or rooms are located in the NE. The illness star joins the star of violence causing clashing chi to bring problems to the internal organs. Serious injuries caused by accidents are possible. Women should watch their health and not over do it. Be careful when working with metal objects like knives. Place a golden wu lou here to remedy this affliction and water feature to suppress the violent 7 star and overcome bad chi.
It’s important to fine-tune your feng shui every month and take care of the monthly flying stars. Note that these are only a few of the sectors. The SE is also a high risk area for robbery this month and the EAST has Heaven Luck that could land you a windfall. You need to read about all of the sectors to properly update your monthly feng shui. You’ll find these monthly charts in Feng Shui World Magazine, so if you’re not already a subscriber I suggest you sign on! It’s quick and easy and always available when you choose the online version…but printed copies are of course available as well!
Significant Spiritual Days November 2014
If you are receiving our monthly magazine Feng Shui World you will recognize the calendar below. This comprehensive spiritual calendar advises the significant and powerful days to chant mantras, perform pujas and conduct powerful rituals that can increase your wealth, success, love and happiness.
BUDDHA DAYS: Karma multiplied 100 million times!
In November we have two very special Buddha Days where karmic merit is multiplied millions of times. On the 6th of November we celebrate the day Buddha agrees to descend from the realms of heaven and November 13 is the day of actual descent. Both days are extremely powerful for chanting mantras, doing prayers and plenty of good deeds and charity work. Refrain from negative speech, thoughts and deeds on these days. Take note of the activities to be avoided on particular days e.g. no funerals, no wealth rituals etc. as these are also multiplied.
TARA DAYS: This month we have two Tara Days. Chanting Tara Mantras and praises on these days multiplies success and removes obstacles. Join Lillian Too and her dharma friends online in performing Tara Puja on the 8th day of the Spiritual calendar. Write to firstname.lastname@example.org for details on how to participate!
In our magazine we also list special puja days, auspicious days for court, long life rituals, wealth rituals, parties and weddings, success rituals, days to hang Prayer Flags, best days to begin spiritual journey and days for house blessings. In addition, the inauspicious days are also listed!

Grand Master Lillian Too is undoubtedly the world’s most prolific and popular writer and advocate on living with good feng shui! She has written over 100 books that have been translated into 31 different languages, and over 10 million copies of her books have been sold worldwide.
After graduating with an MBA from Harvard Business School, Lillian went on to pursue a highly successful business career in banking and finance in the 1980’s in Hong Kong. Her business acumen, drive and abundant energy soon led her from the finance world to the world of luxury department stores and boutiques where, through a leveraged buy out, she became Chairman and shareholder of The Dragon Seed Group.
All the while she was guided and taught by her feng shui masters in Hong Kong and China – and she attributes much of her monumental and quick rise to success in Hong Kong directly to them.
Lillian soon decided to retire from active corporate life and return to Malaysia to raise her beautiful daughter, Jennifer, and spend more time with her family. It was at this time she began to devote her energy to writing and furthering her study of feng shui.
She published her first book in Malaysia in 1995 that quickly became a best seller and the rest is history. Today she is Chairman of Wofs.Com, a feng shui franchise and merchandising company run by her daughter, Jennifer Too.
She trains feng shui students and future consultants at her Certified Consulting Institute in Malaysia and is much loved by her readers, associates and students for the way she teaches practical feng shui in a user-friendly way, using ordinary situations and circumstances that interest people and affect their everyday lives.
In November 2009, at the International Feng Shui Convention in Singapore, the well-deserved title of GRAND MASTER OF FENG SHUI was conferred upon Lillian Too. Immediately following this accolade, in early January 2010, she received the prestigious Brand Laureate Personality of The Year Award presented by the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia! There seems to be no stopping her popularity and these days!
Lillian believes everyone should know her secrets and learn how to adapt feng shui to modern life… and she warmly welcomes you into her Mandala.

Three Coins For Prosperity
If you are in business, be sure to tape three Chinese prosperity coins tied with red or gold thread onto your cash registers, invoice files, and laptop/desktop computers to create the footprint for wealth luck to follow.
You can also place these same kind of coins inside your wallet to ensure you always have a steady flow of income and never run out of cash. And be sure to keep your wallet organized and neat – not cluttered and stuffed with bills and old receipts! Respect your wealth!
Strategy reminds us to be aware of our opponent’s strength and alert to our own weaknesses. You must never overestimate yourself and your success, or underestimate the enemy. It is the inherently humble that ultimately achieve victory!
