December 7 – January 5, 2013
Here’s your monthly flying star chart and I urge you to review this and pay attention to these recommendations. This covers the period December 7 – January 5, 2013.
In each of the nine grids you’ll see two numbers. The larger number is the annual star, which you probably are already familiar with and the smaller number in the lower right corner is the monthly star.
The first thing to do is determine where the most important rooms in your house are located. By important I mean rooms that you use frequently…like your bedroom, the kids’ rooms, dining room etc. You may already know this, but if not use a reliable compass and stand in the center of your home to take your directions. Once you know where each sector is, you can refer to the flying star chart below and take appropriate action. So if your front door, the one everyone uses is located in the north sector then refer to the relevant grid below for the kind of luck that will affect everyone in the household this month.
What is the Luckiest Sector of the Month?
Occupants of the NORTHEAST sector enjoy prosperity this month with luck stars that promise success. Businessmen and people in sales will find good fortune in negotiations and closing deals to their advantage. Expect incomes to increase. Display the Wish Fulfilling Tree to boost your money and wealth luck. The visiting 4 star brings success to academics and writers. Display Crystal Globe on your work desk for literary success. Children should avoid this sector as powerful chi threatens sickness to the stomach.
The NORTH is visited by the heaven star 6 bringing good fortune in money and career matters. Place a golden arowana here to give career luck a further boost. If you are looking for a promotion at work, hang strings of 9 emperor coins here and use a ruyi with mantra on your desk. Health wise you could be troubled by kidney pain so wear a Golden Wu Lou to avoid.
This month there are many unlucky sectors so it is wise to read the chart carefully and put remedies in place throughout your home.
The SOUTH is visited by the monthly Five Yellow, which brings grave danger and threat of serious illness and loss of money to the occupants. It’s magnified by the “9” star so everyone must be on the alert and take precautionary measures. Place a 5-Element Pagoda or Kalachakra Stupa here to overcome bad chi. Place laughing Golden Buddha to bring harmony and peace of mind back to your life.
The SOUTHWEST is affected by the monthly “7” or violent star bringing threat of money loss or even armed robbery. Check your surroundings and be prepared to protect yourself. Place a Blue Rhinocerous and pair of fu dogs flanking your main door if your main door faces SW. If you live in this sector you may find yourself suffering from stomach problems. Place 8 Immortals Wu Lou to keep negative energies under control.
As you can see, it’s important to fine-tune your feng shui every month and take care of the monthly flying stars. You’ll find these monthly charts in Feng Shui World Magazine, so if you’re not already a subscriber I suggest you sign on! It’s quick and easy and always available when you choose the online version…but printed copies are of course available as well.
Discovering the Truth About Yourself
By now you know already that the true self is totally spiritual. You know that all of us here on earth are spiritual beings manifesting in physical bodies. When we die we are shedding one skin and preparing for another. So in order to enjoy your life to the fullest you must discover your spiritual self.
Only then will the divine in you surface and the golden light within start to shine forth. In discovering the truth about yourself, you will awaken to the true nature of reality and the real purpose of your existence. It is only then that you achieve the permanent happiness that comes with the ultimate realization.
Spiritual awakening creates clarity of awareness about your real purpose. When you realize how everyone seems to have a “gift” – the ability to do something so much better than others – you begin to accept that we are all here on this earth for a purpose. The sooner you discover what your purpose is, the sooner you can begin to make your own life more meaningful.
This means you should strive to find out what it is you do really well and what it is that makes you really happy. Nothing brings greater fulfillment than to be doing what you truly love. When you find out what moves and inspires you have the courage to beak loose of any chains that may be binding you and do what you need to do with a confident heart and mind.
When this time comes and you must make changes in your current life it may be difficult but just do it. There are times in your life when it is essential to follow your heart, especially when it comes to creating a life and lifestyle that will bring you closer to your spiritual self. Have faith that the universe will provide and that you are living a cosmic plan.
In the 1980’s in Hong Kong, when I discovered that I had had enough being a banker, I simply resigned and did something else – even though at that time it meant giving up one of the most powerful and prestigious jobs in Hong Kong. I decided my karma as a banker had finished and it was time to move on. And look what has happened in these last 30 years? I am happier and more at peace than ever before!
